We endeavour to dispatch all orders as soon as possible.
Orders are usually delivered within 1/5 working days. Please allow 14 days for delivery, this may be needed for delivery issues that are not in our control.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International orders are sent Airmail via Royal Mail Signed For Service. Parcels will need a signature on delivery.
Orders are usually delivered within 7/10 working days, please allow 21 days for delivery.
Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the card used for payment.
Returns Policy
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 14 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received and checked, we'll issue a full refund for the item to your original payment method
Please note that we cannot refund any cost for postage that you may have paid, unless we have sent you an item incorrectly or the item is deemed to be faulty.If you are returning an item which has free P + P we shall deduct the amount it cost to send the parcel.
For your own protection when returning any items, we suggest that you use Recorded Delivery, as we will not issue refunds for any items that fail to reach us. Your statutory rights are not affected.
